KISSconcrete Inc. completed a commercial sidewalk pourback at Chuck E. Cheese in Hemet, California. The project included reinforcing the area with 3/8" rebar dowels, placing 5" thick 3,500 PSI concrete, and matching the existing broom finish. The surrounding concrete was protected during placement, and the completed area was barricaded until it was ready to safely reopen to the public. The jobsite was left clean and ready for use at the end of the project.

KISSconcrete Inc. completed a concrete driveway and walkway expansion in 29 Palms, CA. The project included approximately 850 sq. ft. of new 4-inch-thick, 3000 PSI concrete.
Our work included removing excess dirt, fine grading and compacting the subgrade, installing #3 rebar reinforcement at 24 inches on center each way, and doweling the new concrete into the existing concrete. The new concrete was finished with a clean medium broom finish to provide a durable, slip-resistant surface.

KISSconcrete Inc. completed the concrete foundation and slab preparation for a new 30' x 16' structure in Fallbrook, CA. The project included excavation and site preparation, installation and compaction of 4" Class II base, reinforced concrete footings with #4 rebar, anchor and hold-down bolt installation, and placement of a 480 sq. ft. concrete slab. The 4" slab was reinforced with 3/8" rebar and poured with 3000 PSI concrete with Buckeye fibers, then completed with a smooth trowel finish.

This project consisted of constructing a new 120-square-foot concrete ADU pad with a thickened perimeter footing in Hemet, CA. The work included site preparation, grading, compaction, installation of a reinforced rebar mat, forming a continuous thickened edge footing, and placement of 3000 PSI concrete with Stealth fibers. The slab was finished with a clean broom finish and hand-tooled control joints to provide a durable, long-lasting foundation ready for the homeowner's new ADU.
